Compulsory Insurance

In Jordan, compulsory insurance is exclusively provided by the Jordanian Insurance Federation. Contracts are distributed among insurance companies on a rotation basis and by equal shares, meaning individual insurance companies do not directly offer them.

Roadside Assistance

Delta Insurance also provides its comprehensive motor insurance customers with roadside assistance, which comprises a variety of services designed to save you time and effort.

The roadside assistance service includes:

  • Towing or moving your vehicle in case it breaks down or has an accident
  • Replacing the vehicle's tires in the event of a breakdown on the road
  • Operate the vehicle battery if it is damaged
  • Provide your vehicle with fuel in case it runs out on the road
  • Unlock your vehicle if the vehicle is locked with the keys inside

Prestige Plus Package

This package provides you with luxury and peace of mind with unique features and benefits such as roadside assistance, licensing, and a replacement vehicle.

The Prestige Plus package includes the following covers:

  • Complete coverage of damages caused by unknown drivers or vehicles
  • Complete airbag coverage
  • Inclusive agency repair for a period of 5 years from vehicle manufacturing year for vehicles worth more than JOD 50,000.
  • Coverage of mechanical damages caused by an accident
  • A fixed deductible of JOD 50 in the event of a driver-caused accident, regardless of age.
  • Coverage of electric vehicles
  • Coverage of natural disasters

Prestige Package

Best-selling package! The Prestige package provides special benefits such as roadside assistance and licensing.

The Prestige package includes the following covers:

  • Complete coverage of damages caused by unknown drivers or vehicles
  • Complete airbag coverage
  • Coverage of electric vehicles
  • Inclusive agency repair for a period of 3 years from vehicle manufacturing year for vehicles worth more than JOD 50,000.
  • Coverage of mechanical damages caused by an accident
  • A fixed deductible of JOD 50 in the event of a driver-caused accident (if the driver is above the age of 22).

Comfort Package

The Comfort package is designed to be affordable to everyone because it includes the basic services that everyone needs.

The Comfort package includes the following covers:

  • Complete airbag coverage
  • 50% coverage of damages caused by unknown drivers or vehicles, with a maximum limit of JOD 500 for a single claim.
  • Coverage of mechanical damages caused by an accident
  • A fixed deductible of JOD 100 in the event of a driver-caused accident (if the driver is above the age of 22).

Essential Package

The Essential package includes basic insurance coverage for an accident as well as mechanical damages caused by the accident.

Further services can be added for an additional premium.

Is electric vehicle insurance available?

Some comprehensive insurance packages include electric vehicle coverage. Please contact Customer Service to confirm if your vehicle is included in our packages.

What does mandatory vehicle insurance cover?

  • Covering mechanical damage caused by an accident
  • Bodily injuries, total and partial disability, and unemployment due to accidents are all covered.
  • Covering cases of death and moral damages resulting from accidents, with a maximum limit of JOD 20,000.
  • Covering medical and treatment costs up to a maximum of JOD 7,500.

Where can I get my vehicle repaired?

Comprehensive insurance packages include in-agency repair possibilities, as we have partnerships with a big number of the leading agencies.

In case that your insurance does not cover the repair at the agency, you can choose from our extensive network of elite garages that ensure the quality of fixing your vehicle.
