Public Offer Announcement

Delta Insurance Public Limited Company (PLC), registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade under registration number (109) dated 23/12/1976, announces the approval of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission, decision No.(336/2025) dated 8/10/2025, for the registration of the capital increase shares of Delta Insurance PLC, amounting to (7,280,000) shares at a nominal value of JOD (1.0) per share and an issuance price of JOD (1.0) per share, through a public offering directed to the company’s shareholders, and the enforcement of the related prospectus.

 

The Company hereby notifies that the subscription period will be as follows:

End Date: Monday, November 17, 2025
